A premium small-batch syrup brewed by hand in Oregon with seasonally-selected whole ingredients and natural sweeteners. Features 40% less sugar than a typical mixer, yet are carefully formulated to have stronger flavor per serving.   • Banana Bread :: offers a subtle banana flavor with warm cinnamon and nutmeg. Built primarily for coffee drinks, where the spices have room to bloom and the banana stays soft in the background. But the same backbone that makes it work in a latte makes it surprisingly fun in a cocktail — bourbon and dark rum both pick it up nicely.
  • Grapefruit Tonic :: delicate mix of grapefruit, elderflower, and quinine creates a sweet, tart, and bitter tonic. It’s designed to create a perfectly balanced mocktail or Gin/Vodka cocktail with a citrusy punch.
  • Georgia Peach :: Captures the sun-ripened sweetness of peak-season peaches in every pour. Juicy, bright, and bursting with orchard-fresh flavor. Mixes well with iced teas, bourbon, or even drizzle over ice cream or yogurt.
  • Ginger :: Makes a perfectly balanced Moscow Mule, Dark and Stormy, Whiskey Ginger, etc. Mixes well with vodka, gin, bourbon, tequila and rum.
  • Hibiscus-Cardamom :: Full, round berry flavors are developed from a careful blend of hibiscus flower and rose hip. Hand-ground whole toasted cardamom adds depth and subtle spicing.   • Passionfruit Citrus :: This fruit forward syrup is a delicious blend of passion fruit, key lime, and blood orange making it the perfect tropical addition to mocktails and spirited cocktails alike. Passion Fruit Citrus will add a bright sweetness to just about any cocktail, whether you're working with vodka, gin, bourbon, or tequila, and a splash will add some sunshine to your afternoon sparkling water. I really love the Portland Syrups. My current favorites are the peach (to add to iced tea) and the grapefruit tonic (which is perfect with just bubble water). So refreshing!
