Readers Strength Chart

Have you hit an age where you have to hold menus an arm's length away to be able to read them? Yah, me too. All it means is that you've entered your cool glasses era. A simple at home vision test can help you figure out what strength you need.

To help you see better, Peepers, the company whose stylish readers we sell, made the Peepers Vision TestThis easy, printable chart let's you figure out just the right strength of reading glasses.

Instructions:

  1. Print the chart. Be sure to print the chart at actual size. Do not select "Fit to page".
  2. Hold the page approximately 12-14 inches away from your face.
  3. Without wearing any other glasses, start reading from top to bottom
  4. Read until you can clearly read a full line
  5. When you can clearly read a full line, look at the associated strength for that line and that is your strength!

But do I really need reading glasses? Babe, if you’re having issues reading things less than an arm’s length away – from your computer to your phone, books or even labels as you cook – you might want to try reading glasses. Don't worry. There are plenty of cute options.
