Herb Strippers
Herb Strippers
From sprigs of thyme to rosemary branches, your herb stripper can easily separate flavorful bits from tough stems. Simply thread your desired herb or leafy green into the hole with the snuggest fit. Then, pull it through the hole with consistent speed and pressure (tip: rosemary and thyme are best stripped when pulled through “against the grain” or backwards). Beyond stripping herbs and greens, your tool can be used for other tasks around the kitchen. Use the flat sides for scraping veggies or clippings off of cutting boards. The rounded edges are perfect for seeding melons, gourds, and squash.
Handmade in St. Louis, Missouri.
Do not let it soak or put in the dishwasher.
To keep your herb stripper looking like new, apply a thin coat of food-safe oil (mineral, butcher block, walnut, etc.) twice a year.
