Big Sur Salts
Harvested from the Pacific Ocean and mixed with a variety of spices and herbs found along the coast, Big Sur Salts are a finishing spice designed to enhance the flavors of fish, poultry, and even cocktails. Each glass container holds 2 ounces and includes a bamboo lid with rubber seal.
Old Coast variety includes Pico Blanco sea salt, organic sage, organic leek, organic thyme, and organic orange zest. Sprinkle on top of fish, pork chops, or baked chicken wings.
Gavilán includes Pico Blanco salt, Christopher Ranch organic garlic, green onion, and Big Sur mustard flower. Sprinkle on garlic bread, popcorn, pasta, sauces, meat, avocado, or add to olive oil dipping.
O M Chi includes Pico Blanco sea salt, house kimchi blend, red radish, green onion, dulse. Add spicy umami to ceviche or poké, avocado toast, fish, or in a bowl of ramen.
Tassafari includes Pico Blanco sea salt, red, yellow and green bell peppers, garlic, black peppercorn, lemon zest and lime zest. Can be used with a wide range of fare including chicken, steaks, vegetables, butter, fish, and wild game.
Elote includes Pico Blanco sea salt, chipotle pepper, cilantro, garlic, lemon, lime. Can be used in any dish that requires a smoky, spicy flavor. It will “next level” your weekend barbecue or create a totally new, interesting flavor profile in Tuesday’s mac n’ cheese.
